Game production is a combination of automated printing processes with manual operations. Our equipment allows us to create composite slim materials from which both the packaging itself, its lodgements, and individual game elements are assembled. By using special die-cutting equipment, we obtain cards with perfectly even, smooth ends in the deck. Special milling makes it possible to create hard packaging for games with absolutely even corners (without rounding). And an automatic lamination line allows us to process the base of the packaging and game elements with decorative printing with the highest possible accuracy. As a material for making board game cards, we recommend choosing coated paper with a density of 300g. As for the coating of the cards, it is definitely recommended to apply matte, glossy or soft-touch lamination, which will protect the cards from damage and give them a shiny, pleasant appearance.

What is the maximum number of individual cards you can pick?

Our production has no restrictions on the number of individual cards that need to be selected in one deck.

Do you make additional organizers, lodgements or pads for additional fixation of game elements?

Yes, when manufacturing board games, we take into account the need for reliable fixation of game elements, so in addition to the box, we design and manufacture partitions, inserts, inserts and PET belts to ensure the storage of a complete set of products.

Is it possible to make cards with perfectly smooth ends that, when folded, form completely smooth deck walls?

Yes! For this we use a special tunnel cutting (from the foot)
