GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1. The administrator and service provider is DesignPrint (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cService Provider\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2. A user is any individual or legal entity who visits the Site or uses its features.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. By using the Website (browsing pages, filling out forms, submitting requests), the User confirms full acceptance of the terms of this document.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must stop using the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. PROCEDURE FOR COOPERATION<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. The user can:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">submit a request using the forms on the Website;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contact us by phone, email, or messaging apps.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. Upon receipt of the application, the Contractor shall:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contacts the User;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">clarifies the details;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">creates a customized commercial proposal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3. A contractual relationship arises only after the parties have agreed on the terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>4.1. The contractor is required to:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide accurate information about services;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">process User requests;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensure data confidentiality.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>4.2. The contractor has the right to:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modify information on the Site;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refuse to provide services without giving a reason;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">make changes to this document.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>4.3.
